Over the past year, Lausa has used her platform to address critical issues impacting the care sector, including funding, workforce shortages, and recruitment barriers. Her advocacy has reached national and regional audiences through appearances on BBC Radio, Heart Radio, and in various press outlets, where she continues to call for fair treatment for care professionals and urgent government reforms to protect home care services.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing challenges in the social care sector, Lausa has demonstrated unwavering leadership and compassion. She has been a strong advocate against delays in social care reforms and proposed increases in sponsorship fees for overseas care workers, instead championing practical, sustainable solutions to strengthen the UK-based care workforce.
Her leadership continues to inspire others in the industry. Under her guidance, You & I Care is now focusing on exclusively recruiting staff nationally, maintaining the highest standards of care while continuing to expand across the region.
